🔄 How to Upgrade Your Plan

If you’re currently on a Free or lower-tier plan and want to unlock more features, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Subscription Settings

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin Panel.

2. Go to Apps > AvisPlus Product Options.

3. Navigate to the Pricing tab.

Step 2: Select Your New Plan

1. Review the available plans:

   • Pro ($12/month or $120/year – save 2 months!)

   • Advanced ($24/month or $240/year – save 2 months!)

   • Premium ($59/month or $590/year – save 2 months!)

2. Click Select on your desired plan.

Step 3: Confirm Your Upgrade

1. Click Approve, and Shopify will process the change immediately.

2. Your new plan is now active instantly, and you can start enjoying upgraded features right away!

🔁 Switching Between Plans

You can switch between plans at any time, whether upgrading or downgrading. The new plan will take effect immediately after confirmation.

If you downgrade, keep in mind that some advanced features may no longer be available.

Will I be charged after downgrading from Paid plan to Free plan?

It depends on timing:

• Switch to Free within the 14-day trial → no charge.

• Switch after the trial ends → Shopify will still charge for the full paid month, even if you downgrade mid-cycle.

Plan changes are billed through Shopify, so the exact charge (if any) depends on when the downgrade happens. If you’re unsure or you notice an unexpected charge, contact us with your store URL and the downgrade date. We’ll check it with you and make it right.
