What happens if I uninstall the app, and how does it affect my store?

If you decide to uninstall the Product Options Variant Option app, please note that all custom product options created using the app will be removed from your store. Your product data will remain unaffected.

Will I be charged after uninstalling the app?

If you uninstall before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.

If you uninstall after the trial ends, Shopify will still charge the full amount for that billing period—even if you uninstall before the period finishes.

Shopify handles app billing, so charges can depend on exactly when you uninstall within the billing cycle. If you see anything that doesn’t feel right, message us with your store URL and the uninstall date. We’ll review it quickly—and we’ll make it right for you.
