Why aren't the option's Add charge included in Orders?

If you find that the Add charge is not included in orders, please check and verify that the associated add-on products (which are linked to your options) are set to Active and Available on Online Store/ POS sales channels. Inactive add-on products can cause the Add charges to not function correctly.

If the add-on products are already set to active on your Online Store, the Add charge amount still does not reflect in the order, the reason could be that:

  • The Product Options Variant Option app might be conflicting with another app installed in your store. These conflicting apps might relate to price adjustments, discounts, cart drawers, delivery and pickup, booking, or other features that could overlap with the functionality of our app.

  • Additionally, conflicts with certain Shopify themes can also occur.

By doing so, our developers can thoroughly check your store to sort out the exact causes of the conflicts and provide assistance in resolving the issues effectively.
