# How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you no longer need a paid plan for **AvisPlus Product Options**, you can cancel your subscription anytime by switching back to the **FREE** plan. Your current subscription will be canceled **immediately**, and no further charges will occur.

💡 **If you cancel before your billing cycle ends, Shopify will automatically calculate and process a refund for the unused portion of your subscription as app credit. This credit can be used toward future Shopify app charges.**

### **🔽 How to Cancel Your Subscription**

#### **Step 1: Open Your Subscription Settings**

1. Log in to your **Shopify Admin Panel**.
2. Go to **Apps** > **AvisPlus Product Options**.
3. Navigate to the **Pricing** tab.

#### **Step 2: Switch to the FREE Plan**

4. Locate the **FREE Plan** and click **Select**.
5. Your paid plan will be canceled immediately.

✅ **Your subscription is now canceled, and you will not be charged further.**

### **💰 Shopify App Credit Refund**

* **Automatic Refund Calculation**: Shopify will determine the unused portion of your subscription and issue a refund in the form of **app credit**.
* **Usage of App Credit**: This credit can be applied to future **Shopify app charges.**
* **Processing Time**: The refund may take **a few days** to appear, depending on Shopify’s processing time.

### **❗ Important Notes**

* **Immediate Effect**: Switching to the **FREE** plan cancels your paid subscription immediately.
* **Billing**: No further charges will occur after cancellation.
* **Feature Availability**: When you cancel, you’ll move to our Free plan and can still keep using the app. Your option sets and settings stay saved. Paid features will be paused, so you can review your existing setups anytime (but you won’t be able to edit them). If you upgrade again later, everything will be ready to continue.
