Bulk Edit Feature

The Bulk Edit feature allows you to edit multiple option sets or options at once. It helps you save time by updating several option sets simultaneously and keeps them consistent across products. This makes managing product customizations much simpler and more efficient.

How It Works

Step 1: Select Option Sets

Choose one or more option sets to update from the list, then click Bulk Edit.

Step 2: Bulk Edit Popup

A popup window will appear with editable fields. Update values for selected option sets directly in this popup. Changes will apply to all selected option sets simultaneously.

Editable Fields

The following fields can be updated in bulk:

• Option sets name Rename the selected option sets.

• Status (Option set) Change the status of the option set to Active or Draft.

• Required field (Option) Set whether the option is required for customers to complete before checkout.

• Label on Product (Option) Edit the option label displayed on the product page.

• Label on Cart (Option) Edit the option label displayed on the cart page.

• Conditional logic (Option) Define rules to show or hide specific options based on conditions set within the option set.

• Help text (Option) Provide guidance text for customers to help them make informed selections when choosing an option.

• Tooltip (Option) Add a tooltip to appear when you hover over the question icon next to the option.

• Quantity (Option value)

  Allow quantity selection for option values so customers can specify how many units of each option they want to purchase.
