❓Customization with Shopify options does not show

Check the possible reasons why the customization is not showing

#1: The app is not activated in your theme

If this is your first time using our app or you've just changed to a new theme, you need to activate the app in your theme first.

The app is activated if you see this screen in Theme Settings:

#2: Shopify Options are not activated in the app Setting yet

#3: The customization is not set up to show on the Collection page

#4: No colors/ images were uploaded for the "Color or image swatch -> Color/ custom image" display style

#5: App/ Theme Conflict
